Depending on the day, your ticket includes: a guessing game to test your knowledge of French musical hits (Fridays and Saturdays from 10:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.), singing acts (from 11:00 p.m. to midnight, except Sundays) and access to the nightclub (from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Mondays-Fridays, and from 10:00 p.m. to midnight on Sundays).

Until Sunday, June 30th, 2024, your ticket includes the show, a music quiz or “name that tune” run in French (Fridays and Saturdays from 10:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.), singing acts (from 11:00 p.m. to midnight except Sundays) and access to the nightclub (from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Mondays-Fridays and from 10:00 p.m. to midnight on Sundays).
From Thursday, July 4th, 2024, Madame Arthur will start their summer hours. Your ticket will include the show at 10:30 p.m. followed by access to the nightclub until 6:00 a.m.

I bought tickets for Madame Arthur and I haven’t received them yet. Is this normal?

Yes, it’s completely normal! As the tickets for Madame Arthur include exclusive add-ons such as the dinner, your order will first be created as a pre-booking so Madame Arthur can assign your seats and prepare your exclusive package.
You may see a pre-charge on your card but you can rest assured that we will not charge your card until the booking is validated by Madame Arthur. After the tickets are confirmed, you will receive your tickets by email.
Given the large number of requests Madame Arthur has to manage, this process usually takes two business days but can take up to six days maximum. After six days if your order has not been validated, it will be canceled, the pre-charge will disappear, and you will not be charged.
